The Steel Mace Flow: Level-1 Mentorship is designed to accelerate and augment your learning for the physical and contemplative practice of Steel Mace Flow (SMF). Through this practice you will develop not just physical strength in the traditional sense, but inner strength that empowers you to seek more. Through this practice you will develop wisdom and enlightenment of yourself; the courage to say yes when you are scared, and the wisdom to say no when your ego demands to take over. Through this practice you will develop mindfulness; the awareness to take pause and reflect in the moment before making any decision. Through this practice you will develop freedom to express yourself and create powerful movement that benefits both body & mind, and beautiful movement to nurture both spirit & soul. This mentorship will grant you lifetime access to official SMF Level-1 education (available only at www.steelmaceflow.com) detailing: -Flow Foundations -Structures of Strength -Hand Transitions -Presses & Rows -Ballistic Curls -Switch Curls -Bow & Arrow -Uppercuts -360s -Master Class Flow Drawing from extensive experience and passion for the movement practice, Mads will guide you through key concepts of SMF's Level-1 education in six, 1-hour sessions that will accelerate and augment your learning.
